Assistant Head Sommelier

This position is especially interesting for an ambitious young Sommelier with good English knowledge, excellent table side manners and sufficient experiences in Michelin-stared restaurants.

The successful candidate will work at the world-famous restaurant at London’s Royal Hospital Road (3 Michelin stars) in close cooperation with Head Sommelier Jan Konetzki. Working hours are Mo-Fri lunch and dinner.
