Gesucht: Assistant Head Sommelier im Hotel du Vin Winchester (UK)

The role involves assisting the sommelier to take responsibility for the wine service of the restaurant, the wine cellar, functions & events and providing amazing hospitality to our guests.
 
As Assistant Sommelier you will be required to do the following:
 

• You will be required to assist with the management of the 900 Bin wine list.
• You will also be required to ensure all standards are met with attention to detail, recommending wines and creating memories of an experience the guest will never forget.
• You will be passionate about wine and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
• You will be organised, an excellent communicator, hands on and someone who has excellent attention to detail.

Experience of working in a similar quality restaurant and knowledge of wine and beverage is beneficial.
Assistant Sommeliers must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
